If you are over 60 and living in Hackney or on its borders, and

If you are suffering with a chronic health condition which you feel a holistic approach may benefit, or

If you are feeling lonely or anxious, difficulty sleeping, or just unwell

HH may be able to help you.

There is no joining fee nor annual membership fee.

The charges for each Holistic treatment vary between  £10 - £13

Each Exercise Group costs £1 per class

The charge for a home-visit Is £10, but home-visits are only made where there is exceptional need.

We will ask you to complete an application form.  If you take medication, then we ask for a copy of your current prescription list.

If you are currently ill, we may ask to write to your GP to ask if  complementary therapy would benefit you.

Treatments vary between 30 - 45 minutes.

There is a separate charge for Herbal medicine preparations
